Water Damage in Theater

Water Damage in a movie theater left this facility shut down. When the owner called his insurance company they referred him to SERVPRO. Insurance companies do not like when businesses have to shut down as it dips into the business interruption insurance as well as the damage insurance. The insurance company knew that SERVPRO could get the work done quickly.

The piping in the first picture runs from a desiccant which is the muscle behind drying out large buildings. This particular desiccant can move 5000 cubic feet of air a minute. It removes the humid air and replaces it with dry warm air forcing more evaporation and the cycle continues until the wet materials are dry once again.
