Highly Trained Restoration Specialists

There is this logical connection between skill development, good work, and happy customers. People who work hard in training, accomplish good work and customers benefit and are therefore happy.

That's it. That's the secret to leading and running a healthy company and at SERVPRO of Baytown / Channelview we get this.

In any industry there are those who simply "make-do," they're not professionals they are place holders. And place holders cause problems, they do poor work and leave families and business holders left with the resulting mess. This doesn't happen on our watch.

Our team members are highly trained restoration technicians, they're not "anybodies" or "hackers" "or those who simply "make do," they are professionals who've taken the time to "sharpen the axe" and hone their skills. We understand that the credibility of our name is on the line every time we respond. In these moments, it's not a moment for learning and trying, it's a moment for the right intervention at the right moment. And this only comes with experience and training.

Our technicians receive training from the SERVPRO corporate offices where they have a technical training academy. During a technicians time in training they’ll work on their IICRC industry certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Commercial Drying.
