The customer experienced a leak in the dishwasher hose.

The homeowner experienced a dishwasher hose leak. Due to the water being clean, the house didn’t experience any mold, nevertheless restoration service was still needed. The kitchen, breakfast nook and living room were the 3 rooms affected by the leak. The kitchen was 100% affected with damage on the particle board cabinetry, tile and baseboards. The living room was also heavily affected as well with the baseboards and wood flooring damaged. On the other hand, the breakfast nook had very minor damages. Our technicians performed a full demolition in the kitchen. They removed all lower particle board cabinetry, detached the sink, removed the countertops and removed the baseboards. In the living room, they removed the wood flooring and baseboards. In completion, drying equipment was left on the scene.
