The customer experienced a broken dishwasher valve

SERVPRO received a call because the customer’s dishwasher valve blew off and caused a major leak within the home. Although the customer was able to clean up some of the damage, 7 rooms were still heavily affected. The kitchen, utility room, bar area and many more rooms were affected by this leak. Our highly trained restoration workers began by removing the laminate flooring throughout the home. They later returned and removed the wet particle board toe kicks and baseboards. Additionally, they left 10 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers around the house to ensure complete drying of the structure. In completion, anti-microbial was sprayed on all the affected areas of the home.
