Storm Damage

This home had significant water damage from an overnight storm. The homeowners woke up to water being in their kitchen and living room. Our first priority was to make sure the damage stayed to only those two rooms.

In the first photo you can see that we needed to use a dehumidifier within the kitchen to help with the drying process. The humidity levels were high due to the rapid evaporation of the excess water. In the second picture we decided to remove the pad to help speed up the drying process. New pad can be inexpensive and the carpet can be unrolled back once the floor dries.
