Commercial Loss in Baytown, TX

This commercial building has a raised floor to help them run all the wires that are necessary for their business. The problem they faves was when a supply line had broken and all the water had ran down under the raised floor.

The functionality of the floor made it easy to dry. The panels are are not porous and therefore did not take on any water. We were able to lift the panels to run our air movers underneath.

It took three days to dry under the flooring. Luckily there was very little damage throughout and the place looked as if the water problem never took place.
