The customer's home suffered from a pipe burst

SERVPRO received an emergency call after a Jan freeze caused a pipe to burst in this customer’s home. The home unfortunately experienced complete damage. When the technicians arrived, the ceiling in the home collapsed due to the leak under the upstairs bathroom. Additionally, the moisture grew mold throughout the entire home. Our technicians performed a full demo on the home, this consisted of full demolition and restoration of the entire home. Additionally, due to extensive mold growth/damage, the technicians determined a pack out would be needed before demo services could begin. All salvaged items were packed out in the house and the entire home was serviced until fully restored.
