Commercial Flood Damage

The water damage in this theater was very extensive. Here are some more pictures of the damage and how we mitigated the problem. Again the desiccant did most of the work when it came to drying. The technicians removed all the water and cleaned the wet seats.

The piping in the second picture runs from a desiccant that helps dry out wet material. It can move 5000 cubic feet of air a minute removing humid air and replacing it with dry warm air. We ran the ducting throughout the building in order to reach all the affected areas of the water break.
