The customer's flooring experienced water damage

The customer’s washing machine line broke and affected several rooms in the home. The entrance of the home, the kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room and master bedroom were all affected by the leak. In addition, the master closet, 2 bathrooms, toilet, 2 hallways, 3 additional bedrooms, 3-bedroom closets, the utility room and the garage needed repairs as well. The house required immediate action from us. SERVPRO came in and began repairs immediately. Our highly trained technicians began by performing heavy water extraction to the home. They later came back and removed all the wet padding and manipulated the content within the home as well.
