The customer's roof experienced water damage

A leak in the customer’s roof caused water damage throughout the home. The garage and game room were heavily affected by the leak. Due to the moisture sitting in the home for multiple days, the home experienced long-term damage. After completing a scope of the home, our technicians found mold growth and noticed some of the framing was rotted. Our technicians started began working on the garage first. They removed all affected drywall, ceiling, wall and insulation from the entire garage. They later came back and removed the affected drywall, wall, ceiling, insulation and padding of the game room as well.
